We are just to the left of the pool from the main parking lot.

Youth Practice: Tuesday and Thursday, 5:30 - 7:30 pm

Youth Practices are open to everyone ages 7+ and beginning first year high-school wrestlers. Practices follow a structured format and everyone is expected to participate.

Advanced Practice: Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 - 7:30 pm

Advanced Practices are open to any High School Wrestler and Adult wrestlers/grapplers as well. Practices will be faster paced, involve higher level or chain techniques, and will have live wrestling.
